excellent location friendly staff good room service mold corridor limited wine unstocked spirits
The location is excellent, near the subway and Chinatown. The staff was very friendly and polite, which I appreciated. The daily room service was also good and kept things tidy.
The corridor ceiling had mold, so it felt quite grubby (not a great first impression). After a couple of drinks, the bar was out of white wine. They had also not restocked some spirits the next day, which limited my cocktail options.

a tender stay in the heart of it all
fresh choices great price lovely view
The breakfast offered fresh choices, including local fruits. the laundry service was readily available at a great price. the rooftop pool provided a lovely view and a place to relax. i found checking out easy, even with my later flight. They stored my luggage securely. all the staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything i needed.
the elevators were a bit slow at times.

the breakfast buffet included many choices that changed daily. i especially liked the fresh fruit and local dishes. the restaurant has an very nice view that enhances the dining experience.

my room featured nice chinese decor and ample space. the lemongrass soaps and shampoo were a welcome touch. affordable snacks and drinks were conveniently stocked in the room, i must say.

fantastic Stay!
great staff unique decor clean hotel
i checked in early and the staff accommodated me SO well! they suggested several awesome places. the hotel was super clean and had great amenities. i was really impressed with the unique decor and pleasing aesthetic.
the hallways had poured concrete floors, WITH no carpeting. this made the sounds of people talking echo loudly in the corridors, disruptive.

this hotel provided easy access to tuktuks right in front of the building! there IS a fantastic pool, along with a rooftop terrace perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing after a long day exploring.

efficient air conditioning luggage storage convenient location
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked efficiently. staff stored my luggage after checkout. I appreciated that service. the location near chinatown proved convenient for exploring the area, it saved me time.
the elevator waits were occasionally longer than i would have liked.
